Customer Support has always been close to my heart. for almost 7 years working on this field, my skills and right attitude as a customer support helps the company to gain their customers trust. Giving the best experience not only on sales but also after sales makes them patronize the company even more. System that I worked with and helps me even more are Zendesk, Zopim, & Chatra.

With different niches, I handle product listing of the store manually or via Oberlo, the after sales process such as refunds, replacement and other concerns of customers regarding the product we sell. Manage the Facebook pages specifically as Customer Support and comment moderations to maintain the great branding of the store that has been established.
Social Media Graphics Designer
I've always been a fan of graphics design. It this year, 2018 that I decided to level up my game and start making my own graphics design. I specifically love making social media graphics design for business to gain organic followers and make them stand out from the others. Using Canva, Crello and Photoshop, I study all technics to enhance my creativity that can give great designs with my clients brand.
